I honestly don't get what you mean by having fun if RNG is not supposed to be a big factor. Do you still want it to have an impact or none at all? If none at all, it will just take the same usual clicks to win against pumpking with no effort at all while rng allows players to think and be creative. I don't see any fun in always using the same buttons and strategy to win. What makes it fun is that you actually have to use your mind to beat the pumpking. Even with a solid team you need to get creative depending on what nerfs the pumpking throw at you.

Easy but bad idea to not involve RNG. The problem would not just be that every player can farm it nonstop but it would also give botters the opportunity to create a pumpking tool. That would definitely ruin the market. I like the rng. Even when I got absolutely rekt by the game yesterday evening after an afternoon of successful farming.

Not two turns, no, but what is wrong with wasted special candy? I honestly don't see an issue with pumpking being rng based. Otherwise, players would find a team that works 100% of time, which would be a problem for the market. Buffing the pumpking keeps the market balanced, at least until someone (again) will find a great team that everyone eventually will copy. I am not hiding some über special team myself. Yesterday I tried out the team I used last year with Aerodactyl, Krookodile, Honchkrow and Tyranitar as backup. It worked but nowhere near perfect, but I think it's fine. I am sure better tactics will come.

If you have 8 failed rounds out of 10 you need to get a new team to fight the pumpking. I agree that is too high a failure rate, but I am sure there are better teams out there to at least make it 50/50.

In my opinion it's supposed to be hard, otherwise everyone would be using the same tactic to rip off bags from the pumpking. It's also the first day. Let's see what people come up with in regards to tactics. I think it's fine that there is a somewhat high failure rate so we don't win in (almost) every try like the other years. 🙂

Hi. It's not allowed to use an autoclicker as it's considered* botting and will cause a permanent closure of your account.

I could very well be wrong but I would be very surprised if they held the TT during the Halloween event, so I personally wouldn't be surprised if it was launched afterwards. My personal guess is after Saturday midnight (CEST/CET) when TT has ended or during Sunday. We will see - can't wait for the Halloween event either. 🙂

I really hope this doesn't come off as rude, but please do yourself the favor of validating your facts before sharing it with the community. I have seen a number of times where the development team had to correct your statements and it makes you untrustworthy. For example, if you ever see any interesting statements/comments by the development team or staff, you can take a screenshot and save it for future references and to validate in case you are uncertain before sharing with the community.
