there is a bunch of people looking for them tho you know better about staff, they won't just sit and watch as you encounter a bunch of pokemon standing stil in a place, this would match with jim's theory that it isn't any easier to find a shiny in a horde but for different reasons

given how staff avoids the question like the plague i would go as far to guess that a horde counts as a single encounter, and if the shiny roll hits, a pokemon in the horde is shiny this will be disproved when somebody finds two shinnies in a horde (kek)

This already is a thing in the newer generations a shiny toggle would be nice since an arrow or button, like parke suggests, can be used to display alternate forms (castform) or gender differences (pikachu)

The level system atm is embodied in the use of badges. I can see it working and would enable several features but it may drift a little to far from the original concept.

Wouldn't it be possible to re-populate the chat using the chat logs if the player has them enabled? or was the chat logs feature removed? That's a security breach IMHO. Upon logging out, whatever new session is initiated will display all the system messages and whispers received by the client during previous sessions, even if a different account was active. (read: your little brother can read your whispers if you don't exit the client) For this same security concern using the client log wouldn't be good unless they create encrypted logs for each account opened in the client. no if you make the 3x31 first there is a 1/16 chance that it will be bold and if you are not picky and find relaxed useful or even impish odds go up to 3/16 if the 3x31 was adamant then you make a 2x31 with random nature and there is again a 3/16 chance that the nature will be usable now if the 2x31 was adamant again then go and find a 1x31 bold and start breeding up starting with the nature just means you need to make just as much work as if you were totally unlucky by throwing all the chances away~

Return TM and happiness berries? If you are talking about EV berries and vitamins we can all asume that those serve a different purpose. edit. I can see the need to remove Daisy if hapiness gets tradeable, it would be a good compromise imo. And there would be a new market for "groomers" (players that train hapiness).

It can't be traded tho, which is why I get that some may see it as "irrelevant". Since hapiness is somewhat ephemeral, associating a grind to it, now even heavier than EV training which is a permanent stat, seems a bit farfetched. I know it makes no much sense but, how would you like making it tradeable? y/n?

These are the mesages displayed for the new bands in your strings file. They just copied the choice band base message and stamped the stat it boosts at the end (and forgot the "." which was buggin me so i went ahead and changed it). So, if they wanted the modify the Choice band message, either they can't because it was pulled out from the ROM or they need to create a new string "{STRING_130186}\nBoosts ATK." etc I figure a similar procedure would be required to modify the other items. Im speculating however since im not sure if copyright prevents them from tampering with the original mesages in the original items.
