This is very late and I appologize for what that CM told you at that time, it is incorrect and because Encore is an Azurill only move and aqua jet cannot be passed to it, it is impossible to get an azurill with both encore and aqua jet.

Yawn is a level up move and can be relearned at a move re-learner regardless of the numels level. Level up moves, IIRC, were removed from egg moves since this is the case and would be a waste of one of your 4 egg move slots.

Sorry for the late response, this probably doesn't have anything to do with the balance changes but has more to do with seasons changing, depending on the season Spheal/Sealeo hordes do not exist there.

This is entirely normal, Mold breaker is supposed to activate and display its message regardless if the opponent has an ability that would be effected by it or not. If you would like to know what ability your opponent has before attacking I would suggest using something with the trace ability.

If you go into the pokemon center at the league, there is a team plasma member that you can talk to to go back to the castle.

This is actually intentional to prevent players from lowering what they have listed after a trades been set and both parties are satisfied.

The elevator is there its just invisible to you, you can walk onto it and go left and up and press the a button to make it move up, or use /unstuck

Assuming you got your information from bulbapedia it is indeed incorrect in this particular case, you cannot breed power whip onto budew.

Go back to the region you were in, or collect them again in the new region.

HMs do not transfer with you when you switch regions, that is probably where they went. As for the Macho Brace, its possible that NPCs giving out an item was not implemented, I am unsure but I will check and get back to you.

At the time of this post it was because the Cofagrigus learned disable at a higher level than it currently was in the screenshot, it should not matter anymore as levels don't matter when relearning moves like it used to.
