The PTS only runs during certain periods set by the Developers, when that happens a topic is posted that contains the PTS client. Currently PTS is not running so there is no way to obtain the client, and even if you had it, the PTS server is not up.

Aimis screenshot would have been older, April as opposed to August of 2013, doesn't really matter though both screenshots are from the same year and we don't have that version of the forums anymore(and haven't for a long time now), time to get used to these new forums. I don't even remember the client background on the forums, was that a theme? Did we used to have themes enabled? If we did I probably would have used the plain skin and likely why I don't remember.

TBH, I am still not sure they are actually being deleted, destroyed, whatever. I feel like its just to get the best showing out of the people. In the first tournament they had, the super dragonballs were on the line, which were used to give the losing universe something anyways, they had a reason to go all out even if it wasn't a great reason. So, to make them try even harder, they put their "existence" on the line, or so they told them, this could very well not be the case because it seems to almost always never end up mattering.
