As far as I am aware, it's defensive base stats, typing and spread makes the poke a wall or not. Arcanine has 95 base speed and 110 attack. Would you also "not call it a wall" ? Come on Robo :v

As much as I admire your art, that much This might not get you a lot of customers. People in game are totally broke (with few exceptions). Besides a lot of people draw for free (take a peek into my profile and see how many things I got in there, made for me by several different people and I paid only for the Muk signature), soo... ;v)

Careful with Pursuit/ Wish/ Protect/ Toxic or Heal Bell. Generally when I build a poke, I'm not making a universal one that can be played in multiple teams, I'm making a poke that fits a certain role in a certain team. EVspread is also- imo- dependable on your needs, AND on the actual IVs. You got me as friend ingame so when you will actually make an eevee you will want to make as an Umbreon lemme know and I'll help you out. ;)
