On my worst run I got 2 amulet coins in an hour, and that was bad RNG.
It's pretty known that any RNG-based farmings it's bad, not worth the pokeygen/hr.
If you detect any suspicious activity, you can always report them at support though, instead of making a thread and complaining.
It would definitely be useful for mobile trading because AFAIK, the Trade window occupies the whole screen and you can't go back without closing the trade.
Agreed, I think that's something that should be communicated and explain the reasoning (avoid botting I assume), even though it might not affect 99% of the player base.
Don't think you or me or anyone that donates to the game are entitled to receive more and frequent updates just because we donated.
I do agree on the low communication though, just to know what's up. I believe there won't be an event until Halloween since they're preparing to release raids.

Appeals for all punishments are done through the support platform and no one deals with appeals outside of it:
https://support.pokemmo.com/
If your appeal was rejected then that would mean the decision is final and there is no further line of appeal and thus they cannot help you.
Additionally, make sure to add an english translations for your posts on the forum because that is a rule.

Avoid double posting.
If I recall correctly, when Lugia is on the wild, you can encounter it on the Whirpool Islands.
Besides that, the only reason to go there is to pick up any items.
Also, the only boss battles available to be done again is Ho-Oh and Red, both are on a weekly lockout (I believe) after the first time you defeat them.
There's no Shiny Lock / Ban on the game.
It's all about luck, always at 1/30,000 before Shiny Bonuses.
There's no stacking, so every encounter it's 1/30,000, wherever you're at your first 1,000 encounters vs 400,000.
As @Goku linked, there are several guides that can help you out learn about the game overall.
