Brother you're the one that cant read, or maybe you cant comprehend that just about anyone can pick up LC with enough motivation and dedication to become decent in a short time to face someone that's considered good. There's more then enough resources + help or practice if you look hard enough, there's 0 reason for that rule to be implemented because you already said why and maybe you don't know the community as well as you think, pretty sure all managers if they don't play a particular tier themselves would least make sure to have 1 player of each tier, literally bare minimal.

I hate to break it to you especially during a suggestion but stall is a archetype which is understandable if you're a little overwhelmed on how to fight it. You should spend the day scouring higher elo matches, checking out past tournaments or reading smogon articles etc. If you're still not convinced then perhaps randoms will be more up your alley if you just want BP. My man you are so wrong in so many ways. Darm/Crawd (OU) has never been a problem from my understanding for OU meta could be wrong, i remember a cofa, sd chomp, conk powercreeping, hydrei needing movement etc while Gallade allowed even the worst of players to click buttons and have a default wincon just from existing.

Looks fun, this is good news asides from what incog said. Ditto, Mismag + xatu in nu is some hype
