Psywave isn't the most viable thing on chansey, it just hits niche mons as Subs CM Chandelure and Sub Gengar, there are better viable counterplays

no caio, chansey is 100% counter of raikou, it can't do anything against her, just bizarre sets as Rest Raikou can win vs chansey in 1v1, but it's almost useless vs the entire metagame

CM Subs doesn't mean stall, 0 SpA Amoonguss Sludge Bomb vs. +1 0 HP / 4 SpD Raikou: 30-36 (18.1 - 21.8%) -- possible 5HKO, SBomb can't break a +1 Sub, Pressure is useful to drain defensive mons pps as Amoonguss, Rotom-W, Ferrothorn, and even EQLess Gastrodon, it's really an useful ability, Jolteon V Absorb is just useful to do a risky plays vs Washtom and Zone in OU I'm talking about OU I'm not a door

Bolt Beam>Bolt Scald I guess, bolt beam hits the entire metagame while my favorite set is CM Bolt Hp Ice and (Aura Sphere/Toxic/Substitute) Raikou looks like awesome to metagame, a good offensive mon to run in Volt Turns , it's pretty strong but it looks like healthier than suicune, there are some solid counters as Chansey and Gastrodon (i'll not talk about psychos running rest or hp grass sets) My previews are: In big tournament Poffs, Raikou will get one of highest usages, Gastrodon will rise to OU, people probably will start to run techs as Yache Berry Garchomp to surprise and kill CM Kou, techs as Shed Shell Raikou to escape of his biggest threat (Dugtrio) and the rise of physical scarf users as Excadrill,Darmanitan,Garchomp to revenge kill it easier (Raikou is the third fastest thing in OU, just losing to weavile and dugtrio and tying with Starmie)

Unfortunately , gyarados just can do something if it runs power whip and don't get burned by scald breloom makes sense Tentacruel just loses in 1v1 if get burned (no recovery) Blissey and Chansey can't do anything vs cune Spdef Roserade is a weaker version of amoonguss, it can't even break his sub if and loses to PP stall or ice beam variants Shaymin isn't available things as serperior suffer so much because need to waste Leaf Storm PP (4) protect+subs spam can just disable serperior in long games yea, Cune looks like broken, but as i said before, suspect>>> TC Quickban , maybe in the future with new hidden abilities as Storm Drain Cradily, Water Absorb seismitoad or with new legendaries as Celebi/Raikou it becomes more handeable
