I think it would be very usefull to see our team's member locations on the Roster as well as the Channel. This would make it very easy to find people specially new members that don't even know where they are. Maybe also add an option for members to hide their location. It also adds another use for Teams.

You can use trick to know if the pokemon holds an item and if so capture it. This way you don't need to worry about level difference.
