or just get proper pokemons, no need to spend cash in revives and the likes tbh, maybe 1-2 leppas and like 2 or 3 hyper potions and you do it smooth if you have okish pokemons, avoid NUs, go for OUs and UUs.

I'm just saying, but time is money. If you are into comp you'd rather spent your time making pokemon with relevant pvp strategies because most of those are irrelevant in the pve case of 5-6 matches in a row. I assumed that the guy's issue is that he doesn't want to grind the elite four and what I suggested is the quick way to get on with it and continue with the rest of the game.

  2. Correct me if I'm wrong but the game was and is dying even though there was the great achievement of introducing Unova. It's logical to make changes so you can save your game but yet again you mess up your existing players. Well, at least you make it easier for newcomers to get into competitive and I hope in the long run it will pay off but from the way the game is heading I don't see it. The game needs goals and if you could stop fking over your players with every update that would be nice but historically that's a tradition.

It requires breeding using gtl and work on team that can counter all e4 opponents. Thats pretty much what pvp is about. You keep bringing out steroids and potions and i'm gonna say this one more time. If u decide to go this way thats simply your own problem.

But there is no logic in calling it a problem. You don't gain anything from beating elite four therefore it's a bad investment if you invest pokemon to beat it. If pvp is someone's goal, it would be better to just beat elite four as fast as possible and actually make pokemon for pvp.

Leveling pokemon to 65 is way easier to do  than preparing team at level 56 and you can do it basicly brainless. As i said before it's a tutorial part. E4 is sort of exam if u're ready for further content like pvp or trading. If u decide to spend time on preparing your team u will have great chance to practice before pvp. If u decide to co with huge amount of potions and revives thats just your problem. In this case you are loosing money on pointless things but thats your choice.

How is fighting 6 fights pve back to back preparation for pvp? lol

Anyway, the easiest and most approachable way is just steroiding you pokemon. If you make pokemon just to beat e4 is just a waste of time and resources, at least in the first case is just resources, if the cap was higher you would just have to level your pokemon a little more and not make any to counter them or invest in potions.

But u don't have to use so many potions and revives. If u are well prepared it's easy without them. People are used to do e4 in 10min straight after 8th gym and thats just pointless.

The point is that there are two ways, one buy a lot of potions and steroid your whatever pokemons you have and second invest time and get prepared. With the level restriction being so low the first one is faster and you don't really have to prepare. If you could level your pokemon to 65 or something, people would invest time into leveling. Preparing pokemon just to counter the elite four is always the best option but there is really no actual reward from doing it.

  6. Just make the level restriction 60-65, 56 is ridiculous. What's really the point of having to use a ton of potions and revives? It's not that it's that hard to win the e4, eventually you will do it but it's just stupid to not get rewarded for the time investing preparing pokemon but instead to get rewarded for buying 30 revives-potions.

  7. I had the same impression when I used ultra ball for some shitty story line pokemon and none got caught plus a good percentage of failed pokeballs. I can't tell for sure since the number is very low(3 ultra balls) and I'm not very familiar with the catch rates of gen 5 but since you mentioned it...

Sure co op is cool (some perfer doing it alone)

    Tbh i like it.

Not everyone can find someone easy but i like the fact that its different and requires a little communication.

In fact i wish we had more co op stuff to do on pokeMMO

Imo we should be able to enter the north pole alone but need a partner for further content.

Nah, hoenn gym runs were broken as hell. 100k every 6 hours. One could just farm hoenn gyms all day long with alts and make mad money. This is a well deserved nerf and it isn't THAT bad. Although kanto gym rematches can still very much happen soon hue

The cooldown nerf doesn't address the alts farming all day.

  10. The suggestion is a useless feature in the sense that it doesn't address any issue.

An individual can be annoying/abusive and hence the ignore/block feature, a thread can not be abusive.

With the structure of the forum as it is (you can't see the content of a thread unless you click on it) it doesn't add anything to how the forum works.

The bold blue and the triggering argument is at least laughable. Even then maybe a "mark read" per thread would suffice.

I don't think there is anything wrong with your team, there's absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying the game with your close friends and organsing a bunch of in team events, in fact I support it, it makes the game more fun. But wouldn't you rather get along with everyone? Judging by the few people that have been trolling you/KO and your attempts to block them, including a suggestion to make it easier to do so, I'd say you have to care a little. I mean these people are constantly pestering you and I honestly feel the PSL would help stop the pestering. At the moment you guy's are targeted as the group of KO, in PSL you gain new friends from other teams who would fully support you thus no more KO targeting.

You say you see nothing to gain from joining the PSL, yet I see no reason not to join. Although you may have a large team full of friends, there's no reason why you couldn't expand above and beyond just KO and actually join in with the rest of the community. My opinion, JJ's opinion, Noads opinion, it wouldn't matter the fact is it brings everyone together. I would genuinely like to get to know more of the KO team which is the reason I replied in the first place, so far I've seen the nice side which is everything within the team but as soon as something from outside the team arises, everyone gets hostile like it's some sort of attack. If I missed anything else I apologise but the replies were coming in faster than I could type.

I apologise for trying to get along with you and your team and for including you, It will be the last you hear from me if you choose to stay secluded behind the walls of your team. If you or anyone on your team does choose to join in and play with the rest of Pokemmo, I'll welcome them with open arms

That's your perspective and i respect it, but let me inform you that you are misunderstanding some things.

First of all, no one is hiding behind the team's walls, this is not the behavior of our team but the reaction to the attacks that you are acknowledging in your post. Those attacks came from young/stupid/whatever loud individuals but the groupthinking of the forums made it way worse than the attacks themselves and that's why we might come off as a closed team which is not the case. I'll give an example, we have allowed players outside of the team to take part in our TEAM events.

At this moment I'm not aware of anyone in our team that wants to join psl and of course if they would they are free to do so.

Okay what the actual fuck? PSL is something where the whole community comes together, who the fuck cares about prizes? And besides that this "shit super league" has the biggest rewards under all unofficial tournaments. If you still think like a 50mil prizepool is shitty then you need to go to a doctor. And so what you might not have the best chance of winning? What IF you win, you will be a breakout player. And someone who isn't exactly known for the most amazing skills in comp like me, I am still hyped to join because even if I lose. I still gain the experience of doing stuff with the whole community and learning competitive. We asked you guys to join because honestly, none of you are bad persons. We all have some stuff that we dislike about eachother but that's only human. We wanted you guys to get involved into the community and not just have your own team you do stuff in. But this is clearly what you guys want.

That's ok, you can do that, do you want my permission? I just don't want to be a part of it. If you think the rewards are something special then idk what to say. How much can you earn as an individual and in what span of time? its nothing special.

Not so friendly after all right? We're trying to include you in a community thing and you keep telling us to get out haha, keep doing you guys.

And why are you still here then?

  13. 4 minutes ago, BlackJovi said:

You even try to put it nice like that and it's not even appreciated, just stop trying fam

But why would we appreciate something we don't care about. You are participating in it you are having a good time, that's great for you. I don't see why you(as in plural) are constantly here asking for donations and keep talking about it.

Milluki, it's not that facts alone though.

Honestly I see it simply as. Pressure of playing for rewards < Playing for fun with your friends.

The fact is the undesirable individuals will be present in these events in most commonplace.

To avoid any sort of disrespect and hate-breeding, also to avoid unhealthy gambling style competition we will continue to decline your PSL.

But its not even worth it, you can gain more playing matchmaking.

  15. 7 minutes ago, Kizhaz said:

But PSL is more than just the rewards, it's one of the best things that ever happened to Pokemmo tbh. Prizes aside it becomes a hype tournament series consisting of the entire community as a whole. Staff play along side players, people come out of inactivity. It's the one tournament that ALOT of effort is put into, where in game teams are non-existent, where new friends are made. After every passing season players nobody knew existed get put on the map, ties are made between players outside of their teams and everyone can joke around with each other, as a community. With how much hate KO has been getting PSL is the place to tear down the walls and expand upon within the whole community, it's the place where all the hatred would be put to rest. I do hope that come midseason all of you in KO will reconsider the PSL because I honestly feel it would do the team more good than anything because in the end, the PSL is pretty darn fun

Maybe that's the problem, if the rewards were worth it people that don't have the odds with them on winning would care about your shitty "super" league.
