yes, when it reach lvl 100, if not, it will be proporcional; for example, for a lvl 50 pokemon its 8 EVs for 1 point.

Meh i think you have to forget about trainer battle sprite... I suggest to eliminate all of them, and use overworld sprite only.

shiftry can do it with leaf blade and crunch nearly all the time, 100 base atk isnt a joke in NU.

Is a good suggestion, but i guess they said that they will add surfing sprites for each pokemon so it won't just be wailmer, but idk, lets wait till darkshade say something about.
