Ice Punch and pursuit are just not worth giving up a moveslot for since you have better coverage with Return/Iron Tail and Lowkick/Brick Break. And stabbed Quick attack is better on the CB set as mentioned before. If you want to use Pursuit and Ice Punch I would stick to Sneasel who get's stab on both
