    Legendarios

That's yet to be decided sadly

    Legendarios

Legendaries like Registeel or Articuno aren't necessarily Uber worthy, if you're worried about stuff like Mewtwo or Groudon then those won't be available.

    Legendarios

Yes, they will be usable in PVP, only the ones that aren't considered to be Uber worthy though.

    Legendarios

We'll eventually have them with the implementation of legendary dungeons, please be patient.
  5. Stoutland's looking a bit too strong in NU with Gigalith around, it packs a strong punch and has enough bulk to avoid getting killed by strong priority having an actual mon instead of hippo set up its sand for it seems like a big deal and if it proves too strong then banning it may be a bit of an issue since we may have to ban Stoutland instead of Gigalith. I'd like to hear more input regarding this change. Honestly surprised Roserade ended in NU, it will definitely warp the meta around itself, it has everything in its toolkit to punish any would be counter with the right move, as much as I love the mon, not a fan of seeing it in NU. Also Lifestyle already brought it up in the NU discussion thread and overall got a positive response, but now's the time to actually discuss to decide on it, thoughts on Durant everyone?
  6. So here are my thoughts on the upcoming changes: I'd really like to avoid Nasty Plot on Gengar/Hydreigon, both of these mons are top tier threats in our meta and really don't need that much of an extra push. Nasty Plot would give Gengar that extra edge to reliably break past Blissey and completely ignore Chansey whatsoever, and Hydreigon really doesn't need a tool as overwhelming as nasty plot in its already very powerful kit. I feel like they'd get kicked to Uber eventually if we go through with it. Dragon Dance on Hydreigon I'm not sure if it's gonna be a meme or a legit set, either way I'm split on it since Hydreigon is a pretty fringe Pokemon that already had to be modified in order to keep in our meta. Rapid Spin's buff, I'm not a fan of it either. I believe hazard control's balance is slightly leaning in favor of hazard removal's favor and this buff would make mons like Excadrill and Starmie way harder to keep from punishing if they spin. It's kind of an abstract concept to explain but yeah I feel like it'd kill the viability of a lot of suicide leads and just make everyone run Excadrill as a hazard setter or things that can just set hazards in front of Excadrill, essentially centralizing the whole hazard metagame around Exca. Excadrill on its own is already a very strong Pokemon whose disadvantage is not having a great speed tier once sand is gone, so it requires good timing to get a sweep going. Its speed getting boosted at will seems like it'd make it in a much more splashable and scarier sweeper overall, so yeah not a fan. Intimidate nerfs. On one hand mons like Lucario, Mamoswine and Dragonite are far from being overpowered in OU, Intimidate is a big factor on why offensive teams can play against them at all though, I'm really split on this decision as I believe they won't be Uber worthy with the change, but they will become way way more annoying to deal with in general. Speed changes in doubles, these are really weird, I'm not a doubles player at all so I'm not sure what to vote, in general I've asked a few players and they seem to have given a positive response towards it, I do believe it may centralize the format into even more tailwind spam but again, I'm not a doubles player. Unless I'm forgetting something else too big I think I'm fine with the rest of the changes.
  7. I have fantasized about how this would work in practice numerous times since it's actually a fairly interesting idea, but I believe in the end it's probably a bad idea to implement this. Aside from the fact that you could simply ban out the checks and counters to certain fringe Pokemon and go ham with them, forcing people to also permanently ban them, you could also very easily ban out entire teams by removing a key component of them. A simple Pelipper ban would indirectly remove Kabutops, Mixnite and Kingdra from a player's usable pokemon pool. This would force newer players to take much, much longer to get into the comp scene and there's a big difference between grinding out 6 Pokemon to get started and grinding out 12 to avoid getting banned out.
  8. In OU, Lucario, Mamoswine and Dragonite would block it. In UU Crobat In NU Miltank and Kangaskhan
  9. Unova's Caitlin also has a sash zam sometimes. At lower levels she does, once she's 100 she may have a non Sash Alakazam.
  10. I recommend you use a team made of Volcanora, Scizor, Salamence, Hydreigon, Tyranitar and Ferrorthorn. Personally it worked wonders for me.
  11. Disguise isn't Illusion. Disguise is for Mimikyu
  12. Replace Outrage with Superpower, Draco with Dragon Pulse (Hydreigon cannot learn Draco here, yet)
  13. Make a post here detailing your case against them.
  14. We'll eventually have them with the implementation of legendary dungeons, please be patient.

  17. https://www.smogon.com/dex/bw/formats/ou/ https://www.smogon.com/dex/bw/pokemon/wobbuffet/ Neither Shadow Tag nor Wobb are banned in Smogon tho?????
  18. Get a Guts Swellow, it synergizes well with Swampert/Marshtomp, buy a Flame Orb on the GTL and you're set.
  19. i guess this is why he's called boltblades12

    Halloween Event

Just stick a random jumpscare in the game.
  21. Alright due to this logic the tier council has decided that Water Pulse will now have 200 BP as it never had much spotlight at all. See you in the Fields of Justice, Summoner.
  22. Why does it need the spotlight again? I'll shower this part with calcs later to disprove it since I don't really have much time to do right now, but first I wanna know why Outrage needs the spotlight though.
  23. So every team should now run these two mons or Skarmory? What does 120 BP Outrage bring to the table? Why should it be buffed? How would it benefit the meta? Can you elaborate on why this change should happen?
  24. Wisp is the one move with a bigger burn ratio than scald though.
