Before HAs get added sure, Scolipede will be hot trash and Espeon won't Magic Bounce roars/status. There are no fairy types to stop Dragon Tail before Ingrain is set up and to safely switch into Dark Types who want to stop the stored power. However after HAs get added you can probably patch up these issues with other mons. As a person who has been vocal about wanting to see Baton Pass unbanned specially since I love it as a momentum gainer, I can sadly say in the future update Baton Pass will be ten times deadlier than it currently is.

Volcarona lets you have Fly and Flame Body at once which should save up a slot if you wanna go some place else. Honey Gather allows you to get Honey which works kinda like Sweet Scent so maybe the Leppa Berry + Sweet Scent combo for shiny hunting will have some competition. No Guard and Quick Feet change encounter rates like Swarm, Stench, etc do.

PJab should probably guarantee the removal of Bulu, seems more like a lure thing. Most Excadrills I've seen are sash leads so I can't really say.

Volcarona is fairly safe if you are good at keeping rocks off your field, even Gigavolt in electric terrain has to get a good roll to OHKO

We have yet to discuss the changes for the upcoming month, our work policy is a bit like Santa, except instead of working once a year we work once a month, and instead of bringing you presents, we take things from you. I am not qualified to talk about how NU is balanced right now since I was brought over mostly to discuss manage the upcoming gen5 but you can rest assured that once gen5's update hits, Pikachu will likely stay in NU since it might gain a lot of checks, so look forward to it.

Chances are at first people will have to choose between using their Eviolite for having a buffed up Chansey or a Porygon2 as Salamence's one true counter.and that may limit Chansey usage at first. Then there's also Duggy maybe causing people to opt for Shed Shell Blissey instead. We'll just have to lean back and watch the chaos unfold.

That Umbreon is massive Taunt bait and usually people won't stay long against an Umbreon unless they can 2HKO it so get rid of Mean Look, it's essentially wasted momentum. Give it either Bite or Pursuit. Aerodactyl is a physical attacker therefore AncientPower is useless on it, give it Rock Slide. I don't think Arcanine can learn Will o Wisp here, if it can then I've never seen it be used. Give it Morning Sun and Espeed. You normally want Slowbro to be Bold and max HP and Spdef the bulkier he is on the physical side, the better as Calm Mind normally fixes his mediocre spdef anyways.
