    Why even implement farming if we're going to just pay NPCs to look after our plants... at this point, we would just bring back the berry merchant and buy berries like before. Obviously farming is cancer, and something needs to be done. Waiting 10+ hours for a damn plant to grow is awful.

    So I'm just wondering

    So I tried berry farming for the very first time, I wasn't able to do so without sacrificing sleep due to school and work, I felt like dying after the plant finally fully grew. Never again, and there is something wrong with you if you think this new farming system is fine. I have faith that the developers see how ridiculous it is and hopefully tweak it for human beings. I really don't understand why you're forcing players to stay online for 10+ hours just to get few berries, it's not in any way OK. I only get at most 3 - 4 hours a day, sometimes I really don't have the time to log in. Remember, we log in to have fun, let's not forget why games were created for. As for the prices, seeing how shitty the grind is, I don't really see how the hell berries would become cheaper lol. They said the same thing about green shards, shit those things are still like 30k each due to how grindy/rare they are to obtain. Don't get me wrong though, this update was amazing, the berry farming system just needs a little tweaking.

  6. I was looking forward to farming berries, but the process takes way to long. There is no way in hell I can put in 8-10 hours daily to this game unless I no life the shit out of it. (Breeding Pokemon is a quicker process lol) Looking forward to the PVE content Squirtle teased us about for the the longest time =)

  8. I love the idea of "Beat certain amount of quests to gain access to this" method. This sounds really interesting and I really believe the developers should implement something similar to this it would bring some type of challenge/fun to the game. For example, they should implement a dungeon, but have community members complete certain amount of quests before gaining access to it. As for your suggestion, I think it would go great with the current farming system.
  9. Ya they pretty much fucked up when they added the berry merchant to begin with, shouldn't never introduced berries until they had implemented farming which would of been logical. People had it way to easy and as soon as shit gets hard they start crying, it's sad.

    If it helps, it crashed on me when I had only sound effects enabled. The solution Desu gave pretty much solved my issue.

    For some reason we can't use any items (including pokeballs) when we encounter hordes. Just imagine i encountered a shiny before i noticed this bug, it would've came out of Desu's pay check.

  16. Despite all the salt you're getting, you did a pretty damn good with the new character customization. Now the real question is, why was my favorite hat renamed to Guardian hat?

      If you're familiar with the character it takes it's inspiration from - who happened to be a particular Guardian, it was changed to reflect that.

      Hero Hat was the name I had initially chosen back in 2012 when I couldn't remember the correct word (and for some reason didn't Google)

  19. The only legendary Pokemon currently implemented is Mewtwo and Rayquaza. Mewtwo can be found as a wild encounter in Cerulean Cave and Rayquaza as a wild encounter in Sky Pillar or by defeating another player who has taken ownership of it. Once you have ownership of it, you will not be able to keep it permanently. This changelog explains Rayquaza and Mewtwo's mechanics further. As for your question, you won't be able to use your master ball on them. (As I've heard from others, I've never actually tried to catch them myself)
  20. Technically the only major feature being implemented is the automated tournament system(Based on the last PTS), which I think is a wonderful thing. I'm pretty sure the devs worked pretty hard on it, but as a non-comp player it doesn't interest me. I'm looking for features such as daily quests, dungeons, and stuff that isn't fully focused on PVP alone. Yes, they did say that they're planning to implement them in the future, but I think it would be great to just have 1 big update that focuses on the community as a whole and not the just the competitive scene. Of course this is just my opinion and we can agree to disagree =) I like you, I've mailed you a small loan of a million dollars.
  21. In all seriousness, I think we would be better off if we hold it back until the holidays. The last PTS didn't really show much change and I would rather have a huge update with many new features than just a automated tournament thingy, CC 2.0, and bug fixes. Take your time guys, let's make PokeMMO great again. Feel free to drop a PTS here and there, but let's not rush into this update it's only been 3 months. You remember when we only had 2 updates in 2014, good times. Let's aim to make it 1 big update for 2016, tyvm.
