You have 1000+ hours play time but how often do you encounter hordes or Pokemon in general? I have 280 hours and have had 3 shinies since spend around half of the time on the game encountering hordes to lvl up Pokemon or EV train, or just catching rarer Pokemon to breed/sell on

Now that it is guaranteed every shiny will have at least 1 31iv stat, does this mean when breeding 2 0x31 it is impossible to get a shiny? And if it is still possible, are the odds still 31k/1? I want an OT shiny Charizard so going to continuously shiny hunt for one until I get it, so just exploring my avenues
