But lets get straightforward to my topic.I found in one place a guide for money where karps are listed as an example.
I tried to sell box of FEMALE fish ,but more than week and nobody wanted them. I know male one is immediately sold. But is there any sense to keep and try to sell females?
And should I release all below 120 in total and try to sell adamant better ones on gtl? Or Anybody know someone who buy Female MAGIKARPS?I'm kinda new to pokemmo and dunno trends of pricing in each egg groups.
Every tip and help would be appreciated!
Below examples:
people buy male karps for one purpose alone: shiny breeding. Male karps are preferred over female karps because in breeding, the offspring will inherit the specie of the female, and obviously, most players dont want to shiny breed a karp. Hence, female karps don't usually sell as much. The only time they would sell well is, of course, if they have good ivs and nature. Hope this basic info helps.

Should you choose to give these permissions to anyone, it does not become a problem of the developers. Many teams operate quite well using the current system, I would suggest becoming more acquainted with your members before giving them higher rankings.
That being said, this has been suggested many times, and I would assume that you don't need to ping a developer on this topic. Regardless, I will upvote because surely this suggestion could serve to benefit lesser organized teams.I honestly don't see anything wrong with this guy's suggestion. The internet is not as trustworthy and ideal as you think. We can never fully trust a teammate even if we've been with them for years, and even if we've communicated with them for the longest time, because the internet doesn't provide any means of accountability unless we purposely impose such things in a proper system. This is simply about transparency and wanting to suggest this kind of system does not automatically mean your team is "lesser organized". This is simply to suggest a system that puts on record certain team activities so we don't have to trouble ourselves with a whodunit incase unprecedented beef stirs between officers vs members/commanders vs memebers/executives vs lower ranks, etc. would affect the team as a whole.
I think this is a great idea, and it would benefit all teams in general.

The Terms of Service is a service contract. Its purpose is to outline what we do for you, what we can do, and what your rights are to the service we provide. This means it's filled with lots of broad language about things we're technically capable of doing, primarily so that we're not bound to do something in a specific way.
In this case, this is a catch-all clause because we do all of those things in various situations.
For example,
-
"Suspension" is the term used for temporary and permanent account bans.
- While we technically have the ability to close accounts for no reason, it's exceedingly rare that we don't provide a reason. In some cases, such as when handling illegal activity, it may be unlawful for us to disclose a reason to an end user.
-
"Modify" means literal modifications to an account performed by the staff. In practice, this typically means:
- Database maintenance which modifies the account for a necessary reason, like a technical upgrade
- Email modifications per your request, or in response to account compromises which a user may not be aware of.
- Character pruning / deletion which may occur in certain criteria for inactive accounts.
- "Delete" means purging from the database. In practice, this is only done in response to GDPR / local privacy law claims.
For what it's worth, this is purely a documentation update to deal with players who want to argue with the support staff, and the occasional moron who threatens to sue us because they were banned for botting. It does not change what we do in practice.
We also have more user-friendly documentation which demonstrates our actual policies, available at the support website, e.g. https://support.pokemmo.com/knowledgebase/article/penalty-policy
thanks for clarifying. And I gotta say, this was great initiative to finally deal with all that "They banned me even if I was innocent. They should go to jail" bullsht

I believe this phrase is to absolve them from the obligation to reveal any form of evidence they possess to justify an account suspension, modification, or deletion because from the get-go they have made it clear that they need not to show the reason.
What remains vague for me though is that they used the words "suspend, modify, or delete any Account". How should we construe this @devs? Does this include bans?

Suggestion 1: The winner receives 10% of the loser's money as a reward, and the loser loses 10% of their money.
guess i wouldnt wanna do pvp with the risk of losing around 30m-45m in every pvp battle, only being able to receive around 10k from my opponent if i win.

The game's fine, I feel like there's a post like this after every few events. In an MMO, there are sort of meant to be periods of lower activity versus higher activity. If I had to make any suggestions regarding player retention, I do think that team expansion, base expansion, etc would be the way to go. Rather than focusing on the next big thing or the economy, I think doing something more player-focused as opposed to Pokemon-focused might be the way to go forward, obviously not foregoing Pokemon improvement but tbh we've seen a lot of changes made in the last few years that have made the Pokemon side of things quite full and enjoyable.
Honestly one of PokeMMO's strongest points for me is the community, I think there's a lot of simple (for lack of a better word) changes that can be done to compliment the community.
You didn't take the criticism very well about your idea but I think I just want to take a moment to explain why the giving everyone money thing/stackable charms is just a terrible idea so you can understand why people find it so ridiculous.
This is pretty silly, overall. I'm pretty sure you could take a 5 minute google search into history to find out why just giving everyone more money wouldn't solve the economic side of things. Prices would literally just go higher, making it actually more difficult for newer players to be motivated to play the game because of the daunting economy. There's no point in player retention if new players quit even earlier because of the economic mountain they have to climb.
The main issue with this idea is actually the fact that you aren't fundamentally changing anything about the game. Money-making methods would stay the same meaning it'd become obsolete within a month. The only change is that, as I said earlier, things would just cost more. The market would be even more destroyed. The game's market does have issues, don't get me wrong, but invigorating it is not realistically what we need. I guess what we'd need is more money sinks? I'm not entirely sure tbh. Events always make things weird lol
Also what defines an "active" player? Are these not the people who realistically need money the least? What about the guy who works 40 hour weeks who can't take time to do gym reruns. Is he not active? Do active players have all 5 regions done? Pokedex? It's way too vague of a term to throw out with zero explanation in my opinion.
Shiny charm rates should stay the same. I feel like this idea that "Make players excited = good for game" is a bit too prevalent in your points. High dopamine is what leads to burnout and less retention. We don't need these big extravagant ideas that get people excited for 5 seconds and moving on right after. Those sorts of things are what reduces player retention.
I like the idea of an event roadmap. I assume the devs already have that sort of thing for themselves, sharing it with the community would be nice. But we also don't want another 10 year anniversary soontm situation lol. Anyway ty for reading my yapping
yes, we need more player-focused updates, totally agree
