You keep saying that Lax is unhealthy to this meta, but as a matter of fact it's made other pokemon who were otherwise never used in OU useful (Looking at Dusclops mainly). Getting rid of Snorlax will just make the ALREADY USED special sweepers who can setup even more broken. So why get rid of a pokemon who can stop these pokemon from sweeping (and being unstoppable) as well as making other pokemon who were previously not used viable again? Also, I'd like to see who the hell you think is borderline Uber in this meta because I'm sure everybody here would have a completely different idea (including the tier council). Also, obviously over Over Used pokemon have to be used to stop ANOTHER Over Used pokemon. The pokemon in the other tiers are in the lower tiers for a reason, if they were a great counter/check to Snorlax then surely they would be able to stop other pokemon in Over Used as well and would find themselves in Over Used. So saying Snorlax is too OP for the lower tiers is irrelevant to this argument because this is about the Over Used tier, not anything lower.

It should have, considering I know of other games that use this system and it works out great. One game I play that uses it is TERA (made my own team anyways, but you get the point). Better late than never though.

So my suggestion is to create an option in the PC (much like the GTL) where players can search through teams who are recruiting to find themselves a team (or if they even want to change teams) The way this could work for the respective player is that they would open this option in the PC (lets call it Team List for now). Once the Team List is open the player will see a list of teams who are recruiting along with the owner's name for contact (works nicely since we have the mail system now; don't have to wait for the owner to be online to contact them). Now, to prevent clutter in this option, make it so the team name is shown with the leader's name and the date the team was created. If you want to see the recruitment message (used to convey the requirements/goals of the team) you have to click on the team and the team you click on will show all the info (recruitment statement, number of players in team) right in the Team List menu (almost like a drop down menu when you click on that team). Now for the team owner's part. In the Team Menu (default button G) there is the Edit/Disband Team/Invite buttons. There could be an added button that will bring the team owner to a new menu that has a checkbox asking whether they want the team in the Team List because they are recruiting. Underneath the checkbox can be a text box that allows the team owner to type in their recruitment statement. I understand those are crude creations of what the menus would look like, they were mainly to give a picture of what the menus could include. PROS: - Less spam in channel - Easier for teams to get recruits - Easier for players to find teams CONS: - lemme know if you think of any If there are any questions anyone may have, feel free to ask them and I shall try to answer them
