about this , no you cant get secret shiny into egg breeding , secret shiny comes only by fishing hunt and single encounters hunt , also the sild hordes (which you meeting without use sweet scent like peliipper in route 13 Unova or gloom 119 hoenn) thats all !

But yesterday I saw a timid 6x31 secret shiny charizard hatched from egg a guy named Yucori show it in the global chat.

this guy already hatched a normal shiny from egg without 31 IVs , and bred it with Monster/Dragon egg group secret shiny pokemon , for get the secret shiny format

If you breed 2 non shinies, you still have 1/30,000, and 1/480,000 odds for regular and secret shinies respectfully. Breeding two regular shinies will never produce a secret shiny however.

No, a secret shiny cant appear in breeding.

No. Just wild shinys not summoned by sweet scent. A lucky breed shiny cant be secret shiny.

 

The only way to get a secret shiny on breeding its if a parent its a secret shiny.

Secret Shinies are found:

By single encounters, 

Hordes that aren't forced by sweet scent 

Fishing

Fossil reviving

 

They are NOT found:

By breeding- shiny x shiny

                        Normal x Normal

By sweet scent hordes

 

Secret shinies are breedable however.

A male secret shiny gloom can turn a ferrothorn into a secret shiny ferrothorn provided its a female ofc. 

 

The secret shiny charizard owner is simply super rich.
