Compilation of all relevant Halloween Guides/Posts/Videos

I included several guides/posts/videos with info that gives you an idea of items, pricing, structure, discussions, etc. from the last Halloween event as well as the changelogs from Halloween 2020 and Halloween 2021. I recommend reading all this for first timers for the Halloween event so you’re not totally disoriented when the event drops. I also included a particle guide so you get an idea of particles over time with a general idea of what to expect for this year’s Halloween particles. I highly encourage you all to read the comments for each of these posts/guides to see the discussion and thoughts process.
