ETA on when support ticket will be answered?

I just created a support ticket some time back for recovery of my character wanted to know how long will it take for staff to respond.

Hello, from what I have seen it can take a few days or less to receive a response to a ticket, be patient, they always respond.

The other time, I reported a guy who scammed me and they took 2-3 weeks to respond

It's different with player reports that require investigation, so it takes more time than support tickets. 2-3 weeks sounds like a long time but it can happen depending on available player report staff and pile of tickets. This is not to defend staff but just information for the public. 🙂

Just remember that the more information and evidence you provide, the easier you make it for staff. Just keep that in mind. Always give as much detail as possible. Staff also appreciates that.

There's no minimum response time for tickets; some issues take longer to resolve than others due to every situation being different. Please wait patiently for a reply and we'll help as soon as we can. Making posts elsewhere or additional tickets won't make the response faster.
