Add back starters to safari.

Please add back starters to safari, I want to safari shunt but it's mostly not worth it since starters aren't there, now that there are lures there's no reason for prices to rise up again and it would be a nice addition, PLEASE!

It wouldn't be worth to hunt there even with starters, sounds pretty fun to waste dozens of hours to then see the shiny flee

Try out Johto safari, has pretty good spawns. It does rotate but that's the only "annoying" thing about it. 

The (rare) ones that are permanent in the Johto safari are 
Kangaskhan - Wasteland
Lapras - Rocky beach
Mr.Mime - Forest

The (rare) pokemon that go through a cycle are
Skorupi - Wasteland
Shroomish - Savannah
Metang - Mountain
Beldum - Forest
Bagon - Swamp
Carnivine - Marshland
Furret - Swamp 
Riolu - Meadow
Vigoroth - Peak
Farfetch'd - Wetland
Croagunk - Marshland
Chansey - Meadow
Shuckle - Marshland
and many more, but those others u can encounter via hordes already.

If u ask me i would like to see the starter just in safari zones nowhere else. This whould made them special an whoud have the value they deserve.

this is really useful thanks Pora, I only knew about Riolu. But I also like the idea of bringing back starters to safari in hoenn ❤️
