[Implemented] More Up Grades (item)

Is there a way we can incoorporate more Up Grades into the game besides the one in the Rocket Warehouse?

Maybe have it as Game Corner prize aswell?

Or sold at the video game section of the Celadon Dept Store after the E4?(the purchase should be made with coins aswell)

(if someone has already addressed this I'm sorry, I searched but I could find nothing)

Here's my insight to what you just said:

Masterball - no.
Leftovers - you have two of them, that's enough.
TMs - which ones?

I think (eventually) every tm should be replaceable, either via trainer tower or gc(or anything the devs implement themselves in the future) because we obviously all blow through tms quickly, especially when making multiple teams.
The stronger tms (earthquake, thunder, etc) shouldn't be dirt cheap obviously, but it would spendid to not have to have people make alts.
I totally support more access to tms and hold items

First of stop using the GC as a way to implement stuff. It's retarded.
I like the idea of being able to obtain items or TMs, that usually are once in the game, more times.
I also have suggestions about a bunch of ways they could do that, that would actually be fun.
Although, I think the Up grade is already obtainable at the Trainer Tower, once it's implemented.
Plus, I agree a serious MMO shouldn't require alt accounts.

This, it may be rare-ish because it is a bit of a gamble to get one but there isnt anything wrong with that.
