You have to lead with a Sudowoodo for the fight

Thank you for pointing it out! I checked further and confirmed that my rates are correct. However, a percentage exceeding 100% is entirely possible in game mechanics where probabilities stack or are not mutually exclusive. This is often referred to as a probabilistic overflow or an over-distribution of probabilities.

There's still no detailed guide for the Beartic raid, but the strategy is simple: start with Tailwind on the first turn, set up a second Tailwind for the late game, and focus on dealing damage with fire moves.

Lost Presents  are scattered across all regions and must be collected. Return 5 Lost Presents  to receive Xmas Presents. After returning 100 Lost Presents to Santa, you'll unlock Big Lost Presents and gain access to Starmie hunt and a catchable Alpha Delibird encounter. Returning 5 Big Lost Presents will reward you with either an Alpha encounter or a Mysterious Ball, such as an Ultra Ball with guaranteed Santa's Presents.

Lost Presents reset every 10 minutes. Keep in mind that if you collect 2 presents within the same region, you won't be able to gather more from other regions. It's best to focus on Kanto for efficiency.

Suicune Raid:

You can find the Suicune raid under Ecruteak City in Johto. Suicune is a 6⭐ raid (Lv.100) and is not one of the 12 Christmas raids. However, it is linked to the Christmas event and will be removed once the event ends. The reward for this raid is an alpha Suicune.  Note that 6⭐ raids are challenging. Strategy: Work in progress.

Do I need to do anything special to find the staryu? I’ve checked everywhere with and without sudowoodo as a lead.

I got a new hint: "It's fled Northeastern Sinnoh".

 

This location is not listed in Sinnoh and I found Starmie at Fight Area (Post-game content).
