[Implemented]Give the Chat Priority Over NPC Dialogue

NPCs... Whenever they talk, any key that scrolls through their text doesn't work in the chat box and instead advances their dialogue until it's finished. This often resulting in talking to them again by accident while trying to get them to stop talking as quickly as possible in order to be able to reply to someone. For example, if your A or B key is space bar and you try to use the chat box during NPC dialogue, yourtypingwilllooklikethis and the NPC's dialogue will continue; essentially using the move snatch every time you try to use the key A and/or B are bound to. Regardless of what your A and B keys are, during long or frequent sections of dialogue such as the end of the Elite Four or healing at a Pokemon Center, this can be a hassle at times.

During a battle the chat box works completely, so why not during NPC dialogue? Basically what I'm suggesting is to give the chat box priority when it's clicked - being able to properly type in it while the NPC patiently waits mid-sentence, then clicking out of the chat box to let him/her continue. This is a pretty minor issue, but to remove an annoyance is never a bad thing and adds more polish to the game.

Pros: Would make NPC dialogue less of a hassle/interruption.

Cons: None that I can think of. NPCs are robots (since they repeat the same phrases over and over) and therefore have no feelings.
