so many :x    well thanks !  my team is in the ban list so today i cannot go only two i can use xp

 

i have to train more pokes and  I'm in the middle of ev training. that requires time , money to get pokes with good ivs !    tomorrow i see is UU so Thursday and friday i can go!   what pokes OU and NU are banned ?  sorry for the trouble

Everything on the list I just gave you plus this list are banned from NU.

The only things banned from OU are the pokemon that are under the words Banlist on the first list I gave you
