Now now munya, in one suggestion, the guy is coming forward, this one has a mark on top of his head #difference +its more easily recognizable

How it is implemented is irrelevant, there will be an indicator that is noticeable.

It does though, the suggestion also pertains to the type of indication. Perhaps this would be easier to implement, as well as more visually gripping. Thanks for letting me know they have plans for something similar in the future, was not aware of this.

Old lady only lvls up pokes so i dont think its necessary and pokes lvl up when u get xp on other pokes.

Old man egg is %+time based so i would up vote this suggestion :) Additionaly there should be an egg laying next behind/on lef/right of Old Man and make this egg dissapear when u picked it up :)
