Noad
I'm pleased to announce the latest adjustments to the tiers based on the usage statistics collected over the past few months. These changes will be in affect from the time of this post. The following changes have been made official: Moved Up: These Pokemon had usage which was above the 4.36% cutoff point. TitanPawnz
I was hoping I'd see Gengar somewhere. :( EDIT: maybe she will edit? O: EDIT 2: " Gengar was banned to Ubers so it would not appear on this list." Edited November 8, 2015 by TitanPawnz Goldeneyes 1 Link to comment

hannahtaylor
What is this' BL' stuff? I thought Charizard and Blaziken etc were already in OU? Link to comment
OldKeith
What is this' BL' stuff? I thought Charizard and Blaziken etc were already in OU? BL = banlist A pokemon that is banned from UU becomes BL (which is part of the OU) A pokemon that is NU or UU and gets increased usage in OU becomes OU (not BL). DoubleJ
It's also considered borderline, which means it doesn't have the usage to be considered ou, but it was determined to be too strong for the lower tier. So in summary it was banned from uu despite having little to no ou usage. OldKeith, Arimanius and Bestfriends 3 Link to comment
