Because as for now it's broken like fuck and really deserves a fix.
Right now, the entire move is counted as a crit if it hits. Meaning, if the first multi-strike moves hits with a critical, all the others will as well, instead of every of those hits having it's own chance to crit. Very often this determines the outcome of the match and can be incredibly annoying.
