Popular Post BrokenBulb
Mechanics Each region has a single legendary that can be found in the wild. If you catch one, it'll replace your last party slot, a notification will be sent across your region, and you'll be forced to accept any duel requests. If you lose, the winner takes the ownership, and so on. Legendaries always appear as followers and they prevent you from using Escape Rope, Fly, Teleport and switching channels or regions. Logging out or transferring it to your PC will make it run away back into the wild. The Future In the future there will be dungeons where you'll be able to find and permanently keep some non-Uber legendaries. There is no estimated time for dungeons though. Frequently Asked Questions What about legendary beasts (Suicune, Raikou, Entei), legendary birds (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres) and Shaymin? Spoiler Legendary beasts and legendary birds were recently introduced to PokeMMO, you can find a guide for them here: Shaymin was also introduced as a permanently obtainable legendary and you can find more information about it here: How can I find legendaries easier? Spoiler Use repels and a preferably high-level Pokemon at the first slot of your party to prevent other wild encounters from spawning. Can I sell legendaries? Spoiler No, it is not possible to trade legendaries or list them in the Global Trade Link. You can forfeit a duel if you wish to give it away though. Is there a cooldown between each duel? And how long can you keep legendaries? Spoiler No, infinite battles may be made until you forfeit or lose. How do the battles work, and can I use items and potions during the battle? Spoiler Sending a duel request to the holder automatically triggers a triple battle in tournament mode, which means you cannot use any items. Your Pokemon will heal once it's over though. You will also get a Battle Point reward if you win. How does the Giratina and Zekrom battles work? Spoiler Zekrom in Unova can only be used to defeat N and Ghetsis and if you fail to catch it you can always try again and Giratina battle in Sinnoh is a boss battle and it cannot be caught. reio
I have a few questions. Is there any cool down between challenges requests or would the legendary owner basically be battling forever until they lost. If the legendary owner wasn't being challenged would anything stop them from trying to run and hide in an area where they're not likely to be found or at least by anyone strong enough to beat them. Is there any way to see who owns a legendary after the message? Link to comment

No, just gotta wait for the annoying message to pop up, though I've see a status check option for legendaries be suggested multiple times Link to comment

How long are you able to keep the legendary after beating everyone Hi Fabut! There isn't any time limit. I suggested not to waste masterballs because somebody will defeat you and claim it eventually. You can't confirm you'll survive forever since your Pokemon don't get healed everytime. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sorry for the inconvenience! :) Edited January 14, 2020 by BrokenBulb78 Link to comment

I'm going to edit some parts and make them less confusing, thanks for bringing this to my attention and sorry for the inconvenience! :) Thanks for the response. I have one more question, is there a certain amount of trainers you have to beat to succeed? Is it like a counter where you get away with the legendary if nobody battles you for (amount) of minutes? Unfortunately there isn't such thing as that. You should survive as long as you can. Edited January 14, 2020 by BrokenBulb78 Link to comment
Bobzilla0G
The mmo previously mentioned by broken bulb has legendaries, but the catch chances are awful and u spend hours trying to encounter them. I rlly want PokeMMO to succeed; so here's some tips I have on including legendaries: Don't... If it has over 600 base stats, dont add it. trying to balance legendaries is more of a pain than necessary, and as much as people think they want a legendary, it's moreso a status symbol like a shiny... Mythicals are fine, and having mini dungeons with timed events would be great. (I love hydration Manaphy), but full on legendaries kinda ruin the game. Not rlly fun nuking things with a Mewtwo or Kyurem White willy nilly. Edited July 15, 2019 by Bobzilla0G grammar Police Link to comment
