I was curious to know how to find out minimal requirements to run this game, how to install it, and whether therefore different “versions” of this game that are for North American users. (The site says .eu)

For minimal requirements we have this: 

 

It's a bit outdated, so probably a notch above that. The joke is that PokeMMO can run on a toaster.

 

How to install, go here: https://pokemmo.eu/downloads/ and select your platform. You'll get an installer that will walk you through the process. Note that you will need to obtain the Roms (the game files, Black/White at least and the optional files Fire Red, Hoenn, and Heart Gold/Soul Silver); and we cannot assist you in getting these. You put those Roms in the roms folder where PokeMMO.exe was installed on your computer.

 

And there are not different versions for different regions; the .eu part doesn't really matter.

Ok thanks, I looked at the system requirements and I want to know, what graphics card is needed for the game to look it’s best?

The basic Windows/intel integrated graphics card should be fine tbh.
