I searched "offline" and "offline mode" on this forum, and found nothing, so I thought I'd post. I'd really like to have the option to appear offline. I like to help people who aren't very good with pokemon, but sometimes I just need a break from all of it and play on my own without being bothered, and to train. I know of /dnd, but I still get bothered .-. no h8 pls

My fantasy team has probably been fucked for a few months now since I got bored of it again. I just can't take it as seriously as Fantasy Football, I don't know why. Maybe it's the having to keep track of Starting Pitchers and batters' off days thing.

We won't do a "pause" button; You can already achieve the same functionality by scrolling up slightly. What we are doing for next update though is an increase in chat buffer size, configurable to 100/250/1000 messages. The previous implementation (currently on Live) was limited to 100 messages due to a very poorly implemented buffer by TWL.

Sorry, but I absolutely do not support this. For years, I wasn't able to evolve pokemon like that, now I can due to this being multiplayer. This is something I would like to see added in the original games, in pokeMMO there is nothing wrong with it, don't fix what isn't broken. Besides, people scammed out of their kadabra often forget you can catch them again in 2 minutes and train em to lvl 16 again in 5 minutes. Again, own trading responsibility.

I'm not sure if this is already implemented, but judging by the duels that I've tried so far, I think it isn't. This idea is pretty much derived from Atlantica Online, a turn-based mmo: I suggest that in duels, a battle timer will be given to each player. During his turn, he will be given 30 seconds to make his move. This is to prevent players from hogging duels if they are lagging/dcing, and also provide a challenge to players because they will need to use the set amount of time to react. (Think about it, if you were dueling in real life and your pokemon doesn't receive a command, it will just get wacked by your opponent lol!) A time bar will be provided so that the player can gauge how long he has left, for example: [url=http://s224.photobucket.com/user/shoptrader20/media/suggestion1_zps788c51a2.jpg.html][/URL] The time bar will gradually decrease (as if poisoned by 1 hp/sec), and if no move is made within the 30 seconds limit, the pokemon will automatically use the first move on its list. He wants a "invisible mode" where he can still be online, but will appear offline to his friends. It's something a lot of instant messaging clients employ as well. Basically you can turn on this setting and be online, but appear offline so you can have private chats with a specific friend without someone else disturbing you; or if you are interviewing for a job (yes some employers do interview via Skype and such).

If you want to appear offline, log off.
