I dont think you will get a lot of people agreeing, older players that earned/bought something back in the day deserve the rarity due to how long they have been playing... Just think 10 years from now, those vanities from the anniversary event that just happened may well have the same level of rarity

This may be worth a poll, some mons it’s not a big deal, but being able to move EVs around based on your opponents team could be an issue… namely mons like Garchomp who can drop down speed tiers without the likes of Hydrei etc

Welcome to VGC Season 0, a month long seasonal tournament bringing the best players, in the most competitive tier together to compete and see who is the best of the best. Season 0 is a trial season, if the event is successful I will commit to a larger tournament, with bigger prizes for season 1. Due to restrictions in MMO things will be adapted from the standard VGC in the games Signups: Format: The 32 players will be randomly drafted into 8 groups of 4. Each week for 3 weeks you will play one of the players from your group. The winner's and second place of each group proceed to a final tournament, hosted at Silph Co. All third place finishes will become reserve spots for the finals. Finals will be a straight 16 man bracket. Winners proceed and losers exit until we have a final winner. Rules: 1: Before week 1, all signups will fill out the following for each Pokemon on their team and send it to me. This will be the team you use for the ENTIRE tournament, so choose wisely. This information will be made publicly available for everyone in the tournament. This is for a number of reasons 2: Each battle will be a 4v4 Doubles best of 3 format. Winner will be the first player to win 2 rounds. 3: You may bring any combination of 4 mons from your team of 6 each round. 4: Item clause will be in affect in addition to the standard rules. Meaning you can only have 1 of each item on your team. 5: In the event of a disconnect during the battle. The player who disconnected automatically forfeits that round regardless of when/how it happened. Claims for exceptional circumstances during a disconnect will be considered by the host. 6: The winner of each battle will get 1 point, losers 0. Oh I’m probably getting banned anyways don’t you worry. And I’d argue I’ve given more for PSL than taken away but that’s a whole other point. You on the other hand have come in guns blazing to ‘spice up’ something that didn’t need it in the first place, it’s a stupid fkin decision and there is a reason why only your boys and JJ are dumping money on this. You’re right we can’t, but this isn’t something that benefits PSL If this competition has been dragged so low we are relying on getting money for unbanning players banned 11 PSLs ago, then maybe something needs to be said for the decision making of past and current hosts. This isn’t hype, this is excluding players, real people from a video game when they’ve already served their time, it’s borderline online bullying. PSL used to be better than this.

Your the host, it is your auction whether you like it or not. I don’t have a stake in this. I haven’t logged in probably at least 3 months, I don’t plan on logging on for PSL either. My opinion on this is minimal, my feedback is only to try and prevent you from ruining probably the last good thing to come out of this game. But your the host so fuck the community opinion right?

The auctioneer never bids on his own auction lul. Horrible reference your bias is showing Kanzo. Some of the bans on here (not necessarily saying mine) were due to a subjective decision by the host at the time. Not all where clear cut and a fair few were actually disagreed on by the majority of the community What you’re saying is you have players like foggi or skump who served bans for things that didn’t necessarily deserve them, only to come back to the game years later and potentially forced to serve them again anyone with a brain can see this is a bad decision, that’s why they aren’t joining in this mindless thread. It’s a good thing none of us here have a brain so we can debate this. Nothing rational or logical here
