Yes forums are dead for tiering discussion, rules not sure yet they really just need a few modifications, signup requirements for discussions as well as a way to do that will be coming soon.

There is a channel in the discord now for tiering discussion as well as the TC channels are now public for view, and access to partake in the tier specific channels will be granted to those who prove themselves in PvP & or discussions, the details on this are being worked on but will likely be ELO based.

Why? If people can't post reasons for why they think something should happen this thread ceases to serve a purpose and may as well be posted locked. Posts like this and others in this thread not explaining why do not contribute anything to the discussion and defeat the purpose of it being a discussion thread, you waste your time and ours.

No rules have been broken as far as I am concerned can we please shift away from this mentality and focus on the mon itself. You yourself said the tier should be health or healthier, which implies there there may still be some unhealthiness to tend with in your very own statement, even if I don't necessarily agree entirely with said statement since removing something unhealthy, especially something that was the top of usage, leaves leg room for something else to rise and become a problem. Any individual pivotal mon could theoretically have the same result if it were to change tiers even based on usage. Pretty sure we've seen it in the past where something swapped and then something else immediately became a problem. P.S. If you have a problem with tier council or think something is being done incorrectly, wrongfully, or maliciously, DM me, this isn't the thread for it.
