I am sure you are aware that decimals are dropped in calculations in actual pokemon games, currently we round.

Its not only in little cup no, but it is most problematic in little cup since 1-5 damage is such a significant portion of a pokemons HP compared to what it would be in standard tournaments.

Not all multi-hit moves needed to be tested. Since this information is out there its a problem with the damage calculations in general causing them to be able to be +1(no more than one point though, unless multi-hit move) point of damage in some occurrences- this is especially problematic for multi-hit moves since each strike is a different damage calculation leading it to possible deal an additional 5 points of damage if somebody was very very lucky.

I got a 100% on the actual quiz, and mid-high 90's on the name all the original pokemon stuff, probably realistically got a 100% if I could spell or type the gender symbols for stuff like nidoran.

It is worlds easier, as it stands now I just have to remember what timeslot each tournament is on when creating them, if the days were to rotate, it would need to be every 4th week that it rotates on so each tier has a day in each time on each day, I would then need to remember what the rotation was currently on as well as what timecycle everything was on, it ends up becoming a big mess that errors would probably be more likely to occur on, I am surprised that I haven't made any real errors yet - that I am aware of. I'm not ruling this out cause I have given it some thought., Its just very very unlikely to happen, anytime soon at least.

From what you describe and my quick glance, that looks like its around chapter 50 that that event happened in, so 51 would be next probably.

I could make a guess at least. Probably look it up with no fear of being spoilered like you would be.

Would have to ask somebody else who watches both, I haven't watched season 2.

tbh, its probably better just sucking it up cause each chapter takes 1-2 months to come out it feels like lol. But I just read it off mangastream, I don't believe it keeps more than a few chapters of a backlog of them though, dunno any good manga reading sites anymore.

As Arimanius has pointed out, that is how usage works. If you are unsure of the tiering process you can give this thread a read, particularly the section under the bolded "How do usage statistics factor into tiering?"

CC 3.0, are you trying to confirm something @Noad?

Can you elaborate on this in the bug section, from what I could tell from what I was told, it sounded like the DQ messages are being sent to the wrong person and people weren't actually being DQ'ed that should be, if this is an incorrect assumption please fill me in. EDIT: NvM I think I just got what I needed.
