    I think they (Devs and possibly TC) decide which changes to follow in current gens and which don't. Some mechanics are likely to stay except if are too bad, and a redesign can make them good(Hail to Snow, slight increase their utility although it still aren't extremelly good) or if they believe that the current version is too broken that the nerfed one is better for balancing.
    - Gems although considered broken on Gen 5 OU, here for some reason it isn't; Is something we already know how to play against. No reason at all to change
    - Some moves we still had the old versions like Knock off: The new ones are too broken to change. On the other hand, how TP and Rapid Spin works now aren't Broken and the versions we had before was honestly trash so the rework was welcome.
    - For PP recovery nerf, i think that the problem was the stalls, holding matches for 60min and exploting the tiebreaker, which is not something intended, and could be even worse with new toys such as Amoongus Regen and Gliscor Poison Heal. Nowadays, we see that this nerf wasn't enough and the exploit persists. In my opinion, the PP can be changed back to 16, if the tiebreak is reworked.

I genuinely think TC members agreed for the reset back to 1.5 not because they preferred it that way but more off how does 1.4 make sense.     I assume it's Tangrowth nothing else would be able to check it as good as Tangrowth does.
    Gallade won't have any mon that can completely shut it down that's what people need to understand due to the versatility of move pool Psychic/Fighting/Dark/Grass/Ice
    alongside the Sharpness boost to Slicing moves ex:
    [Night Slash/Leaf Blade]

    If Slowbro is one of these answers I dont think it's an answer as much as a hit and go check. Which opens the door on how people would say Slowbro is strong and broken, to me the Dugtrio stalls are ones who will benefit from having Slowbro, but if Dugtrio wasn't there I believe Tyranitar would be unlocked and do a nice job handling Slowbro.
     

    Legendarys could also be on the list. Some of them cannot enter on monthly rotation, like Heatran(Not a answer to Gallade) and Cresselia(Can work if Gallade is not running Night Slash), Second one being more interessing since it make the 4mss even stronger for Gallade. (No night slash = Cresselia check him, No Ice Punch = Mons that fear Ice punch switch safetly, No Leaf Blade = Good luck breaking some Water/Ground or pure Water. If use SD/Agility sets then it would have 1 coverage only making their situation even worse, so Scarf is locked into place, allowing setup sweepers to switch into a resist and spam setupping moves.)

    Gym team is already solid enough as a Farming method. Gracideas i won't recommend because it requires a lot of commitment. If you wanna increase profit i recommend Elite 4 teams and after that you have money to think on competitive. But before E4, grind and acquire at least the 3 mandatory ocarinas. (Fly, Surf and Cut. Anything else is optional but if wanna more acquire first Dig and Teleport.)

    We'll be introducing some more answers to Gallade with the raid update. You're welcome to make a case for a ban in the OU discussion request thread.

    If you hasn't beaten all regions yet, keep it. Create a second character, mail the money to him and storage it away(Best to do that to avoid spending it on storyline without reason). Once you complete all regions, take the money back and make an Gym Farm team.

    I think so. Or they dragged back to 1,5x to cancel part of the PvP-only nerfs to apply the new policy about bans. But gave Gallade a shot since Zapdos came. But let's focus on the big fishes please, banning things that should be banned/reworked a long ago like Dugtrio and Regen + Time Limit. I don't wanna see gallade banned right now because idk any other thing able to hold all Regenerator/Poison Heal mons at once, and they could be popping out every time like it happened right after gallade was banned first time(Back then the meta was toxic. And just gallade on teambuild pressurized the teams so you don't even need to use one to put all 4 in check, so an stall abusing of them was not something common.). Dugtrio there is nothing to comment. Once those issues are solved, we can look at gallade.

    This is the only part I believe to be misrepresented because I don't think Dugtrio deletes a significant portion of the format when you look at the most common OU mons 1 by 1.

    I want to stress out something important; if there is a problem, it's not AT or Dugtrio, but indeed the combination of both. AT by itself is not banworthy, just like Wonder Guard on Shedinja specifially is not banworthy. Since bans are never permanent on PokeMMO, I think if something gets done about AT+Dugtrio, we need to consider the potential nerfs. I think banning AT or nerfing it does not make sense since the ability is completly fine on Trapinch and Diglett. Reducing back Dugtrio's base attack to 80 like it was in the past would be imo completly cannon and authentic to the original games. 

    I'm personally fine if TC determines Dugtrio+AT as banworthy. I think there are good reasons to vote for or against that ban. However, I truly fear the nerf that will come afterwards and I really hope people will push for the attack stat reduction and not something else. Every single pokemon in OU that Dugtrio traps will be affected positively by an attack stat reduction except for Magnezone and Ttar that I mentionned earlier and that's a good thing.

    The policy about bans changed. Now the likely scenario is an AT + Dug Complex Ban on all tiers except dubs(Yes, all tiers. It will sit at 0% usage even on Untiered non-official meta without AT.)

    It's either Multiple OUs, 6 tiers which is pretty low, or Untiered. Unless there is a way to verify the hours played of people on PSL, without relying on staffs because they has other tasks to do and can't help 100% of time on PSL, to comprove that he really plays MMO and didn't arrive 1 week before tour, Showdown is not an option.

    No, i just exemplify that the info is not easily Hidden by your oponent. I didn't in any moment asked for the info be revealed. I wish but don't know if possible, to devs make Reactive Gas not shown the ability if the user switches. There is cases where knowing the ability is relevant.

    Not that this info is easily hidden in some scenarios especially for Bronzong in OU and Bronzor in LC. The reason is called Reactive Gas. Due to limitations, the opponent's ability is revealed upon switch out. If someone plans on Heat-proof bronzong, it need to be aware of that. Or Storm Drain/Sticky Hold Gastrodon, Magic Guard/Unaware Clefable, etc...

    Ask for them that started discussion about serp, i mentioned that people didn't know how to check serp back then because apart from one reliable check, aka chandelure, everything that checked serp back when people complained and when the discussion calmed down and ended, was the same.(Putting into Context, the discussion was hot in August to Early October, and calmed on Late october) Same right now with Gallade, people don't know how to check him and think that it would be the same as 90% of offense that is just throw some sturdy wall and everything is fine. You has to outoffense a gallade to win against it, not throw a tank on it. And i mentioned repeatedly that outoffensing gallade it's not a hard job, at least not when compared to other things banned like Hydreigon. 80 speed is mid on OU, not bad but not top speed either, so if he doesn't run scarf then it will be outspeed by a lot of common threats, and if it does use Scarf then with the Choice-lock the opponent gets the chance to setup. Also very low physical def make him susceptible to a lot of common prioritys like Bullet Punch, Fake Out at low health, extreme speed, I'm even on doubt that he can tank a mach punch despite the resist in some scenarios, forcing Gallade away if he predicts wrong the attack he is using.

    There i would have to correct you. Right after Crobat infiltrator entered the meta, DoubleJ declared that with HA serp was more manageable. Part of the reason that the discussion thread about serperior stopped receiving posts after the HAs was introduced. Also, besides Amoongus and Chandelure, all possible and relevant answers we had back then we still had today. Things like Volca(Nowadays best thing vs Serperior, people forgot at the release lol, no one mentioned it as a possible answer back then(just weezing, which still are +- good on OU today, not that relevant as before but can do the job pretty well still)) and Weavile as good checks. Zapdos i won't even put on the list because we had him for 4 months, and a full year without him.

    Dugtrio is also uncompetitive nonsense. I'll keep saying both of these things until I'm blue in the face; the lack of action is astonishing.. These god awful uncompetitive Dugtrio teams are a joke. At the very least remove endeavour and sd, it is so easy to remove chansey with dugtrio with these moves (especially endeavour) and just spam a ton of special attackers.. I was very against giving both of these moves to dug and surprise surprise, they are a huge problem.

    Gallade people don't know how to counter it, serp was same on 2021. Isn't a mon that you should throw a wall to stop him since their role is purely break walls. Is a mon you should outoffense it to win. And considering how mediocre their physical bulk is, it's not a hard job. Gallade isn't like Hydrei Draco which could break easily 90% of the walls and couldn't be outoffensed so easily.

    Dugtrio honestly should be banned, i had to agree. Like i said, idk if was on this thread or in others, "If community-votes existed there instead of TC votes, Dug would be banned long ago, no one likes it and most unofficial tours bans AT anyway."

  16. I think the best devs could do is let the ID of the mons, that we see on the chat, publicy visible and trackable. When someone steals, instead of giving to the person the money that the other selled the mon for, they track down the mon via it's IP, take it away from the person who bought it and return to the owner, and give 100% refund to the buyer. Obviously the person who buyed would be informed like: "Hey, one of the mons you bought recently was stolen, so we took it away and gave it back to the owner. But to not let you on red, we're refunding the value spend on that mon"

    On smogon, Ubers was supposed to be the tier for only the broken legendarys with no restrictions, and yet the tier had to put rules after Mega-Rayquaza. If the PSL starts in October, the way untiered started it would go through entire championship. On the worst scenario, we would have to deal with an single tiershift. We can afford an Banlist and we should to ensure that the tier remains competitive(And I've already play test matches, you guys don't know how stupidly broken fight-types are in the format because there is lack of Fight Resistances. Best we had was Amoongus and Qwilfish but Qwilfish rised to NU and Amoongus to OU after HAs.)

    Sadly i have no $$$, otherwise i'd host weekly tours for UT, letting people preparing for the tier. People would reach onto PSL with the teams and good knowledge of the tier, instead of playiing with some weird mons(I mean... No one noticed Slowking that is a pretty decent mon, is UT bcause on PCL 0 people i record of using it). This would 100% make me try my luck into the tour(I'm an average player on all other tiers but not in UT.)

    Your device should be a Brick Nokia. Because i use right now an Samsung J1 6 and it runs fine to me, except in the circunstance mentioned above.

    Remember that Fire Red/Emerald roms ends in .gba the files, and Sinnoh, Unova and Johto are .nds files. Check if the ending matches, if dont then you had fake ones and you has to found new ones. How we can't tell.
