Hi there! Trying to enter my account that I haven't used since 2015, but found it had been banned in 2018, with a note saying to contact Desu / Kyu. I have no knowledge of the cause of the ban, and would greatly appreciate an explanation or my account to be reinstated. I am aware that appeals must be submitted within 6 months, but I never had knowledge of the ban until now. Please help. I would be raising a ticket through the site instead, but it's been longer than 6 months and I also am not allowed to raise a ticket when banned, so there's just no way to contact anyone that way. This account holds a ton of memories, I hope something can be done, thank you ;-;
