  1. I've got some bad news @Eggplant, tile modes aren't supported on new client yet.
  2. Looks like we accidentally used an unsupported method for some debugs. Should be resolved in the next client update. Expect one soonish™. Probably not much you can do to work around this for now.
  3. Please ignore "Dev Branch". It doesn't say that. I didn't just forget to remove it, you're just imagining it.
  4. There should be enough redundancies to route around the current OVH networking issues which have been ongoing for around 3 hours. How long have you had issues conneting @TeamUnicorn https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15660776
  5. We will likely run a another video/trailer contest some time after the release.
  6. That is not simple at all. The amount of changes from live client to development client are absurdly large. It would effectively be double or triple the amount of work. Obviously we want as many people to play PokeMMO as possible, but spending extra development time on 2-4% of our playerbase is just not a good investment of resources.
  7. The main limitation is going to be OpenGL 2.0 minimum requirement. This is due to us moving the backend over to libgdx which requires a minimum of OpenGL 2.0. This is not something we're willing or able to realistically workaround. Actual performance on 3d maps is not going to be a large change, and on certain hardware may actually perform better than 2d.
  8. Run: cd /Users/NAME/Downloads/PokeMMO-Client-PTS-8888/ then ./PokeMMO.sh
  9. Looks like a "This file is new, it might be bad", but extra dumb. Give it a few minutes/hours to see if it becomes less dumb.
