Because it impacts the in-game economy. Easier fights = more inflation. Inflation = bad for game health

Also shuckle in common single is weird IMO, its either normal rock smash, safari rock smash or mostly egg.
Azumarrill should match marill tier in 5 horde -

Sudowoodo should be in single encounter, Really nice phase at several good single spots in sinnoh, like route 210

The baby eggs tier seems incredibly weird. Having rares like riolu, munchlax, togetic and tyrogue lines in the same tier as a mon that you can breed down from a 5 horde.
Also weird to see mons is rarer tiers when the easiest way to obtain them is evolve/breeding down their horde. Bisharp, breloom and yanmega in the same tier as Jellicent, Swoobat, scrafty and grimer for example. -

Its only inteded for pve, there is no item use in PVP. Its for balancing reasons so you cant just spam items to work your way through the game. Means you actually have to use some sort of skill to get through the game

The fact that you don't even know it's spelt pseudorandom and the technical term is true random not "real" random. Tells you a bit about his knowledge of the subject.
Also, these "pseudorandom" algorithms used within the game are 1. indistinguishable from true random ones to the human brain, even modern sophisticated AI would struggle to determine the difference. 2. Impossible to reverse engineer and manipulate due to the number and complexity of variables in play.
Even these "true random algorithms" rely on processes like thermal (the idea behind using lava lamps for encryption) or atmospheric noise which are technically predictable just significantly more complex and completely unneeded for a game like this. Even if "true" random were to be used, five shinies in 1 day isn't even that unlikely. The best ball for alphas is a love ball. 62.33% catch chance if 1hp asleep
31.16% for max timer ball and dream ball but both 1200 and timer ball can be used more often due to the sleep requirement.- kenjimAd and AdamantSceptile

All computer-generated randomness is pseudo-random. who tf cares. just go shunt and pretend its truly random, you wont notice a difference anyways
