they would be the currency used to buy/upgrade guild skills or to purchase items from the guild shop, could be earned from the team tournament, team battles or other team-related events (like legendary dungeons, if/when they implement it)

Weekly events where the signed up guilds would face each other at random, similarly to the team tournament, and the winners (or maybe even the losers) would be rewarded
3. Guild/team skills
- Breeding bonus: 50% faster egg production and hatching
- Catching bonus: 30-50% of a wild catch having a guaranteed 31 stat
- EV training bonus: 1 additional EV point earned for each
- Pickup bonus: increased chance of getting better items while using pickup
- "Luck" bonus: increased chance of finding 'rare' pokemons (like charmander at mt. ember) and better chance of pokemon holding items
4. Guild/team shop
PP UPs, PP MAXes, shards (maybe), rare candies, lucky eggs (maybe), mushrooms and other useful items
