It's probably worth the same. Generally shinies from 2013 and 2012 gained some value and ones from 2015 and up not so much.

Makes sense to me. One thing that bothers me is how for instance are rewards distributed for 50th place on the scoreboard. There are multiple players with the same score so how do we define who gets the nian. All of them did the same and got the same amount. If there are 5 teams tied for 50th place it doesn't seem fair for only 1 of them to get the prize. Same with 1st place. If 1st place has the same score as 2nd why does only 1 team get the shiny nian when they did the exact same thing. It's like 2 players are tied at first place in a tournament but only 1 gets the prize and blatantly regarding the other. Edit: Another thing how can they patch the event to increase the difficulty whilst there are players literally doing the event at the same time. Not to disregard those players they deserve their high scores and should be kept like that but it would be nearly impossible for other players to reach that now with the patch.

Only God knows what he is saying. I guess he is trying to complete the game with certain rules he imposed on himself that limits him to gaining a certain amount of mons to do the playthrough idk.

You generally want have a good start. This means don't lose any lives otherwise the nian will become desperate and you can't continue after defeating it. Don't waste unnecessary pp. After the 1st boss get your buddies to the shrine. 2 buddies for support like scout and heal and 2 for clearing the waves. Calcs are needed in this event. 1) Don't get caught. 2) Get all the items. 3) Learn / Find best methods for certain waves. Once you get past the 3rd boss double battles will be mandatory for certain encounters otherwise you will lose.

RP whales will take advantage of this. Buying 100's of vanities and selling them at full price on gtl after the sale ends

I never thought about it in that way but you're 100% right. My internet is also not great tbh. Honestly bro space bar not even fast enough. In this case everyone knew what was going on so you were competing against 100 Chinese trying to get these cheap listing so it was difficult. But if you snipe gtl on a regular bases and a cheap shiny pops up normally you pretty much have a good chance of getting it.

I managed to actually buy a few. Most of the shinies was relisted again and again and then he wasn't fast enough xD

It is a known scam. I believe people have been banned for it before

There was a shiny spam on gtl where they list commons for 300k a piece and perfect comps for 30k. Although this Is basically a scam. Because while the 1 guy lists multiple common shinies for 300k he immediately takes them off before anyone can buy. He then has a friend who lists common shinies for 3 mil while he is continuously doing this in the hopes that someone "mistakenly" buys it. With the comps he lists multiple for 30k and removes them while his friend lists random lvl 50's for 30k and players insta buy them. I witnessed this entire scheme unfold in the last hour. They should get punished for such actions

Heyy guys so I watch GTL a lot and the other day I got really lucky. A guy randomly listed a OT Noad Swellow on gtl and I insta bought it. I had to double check because I couldn't believe it xD. For those who do not know Noad.. she was a former SGM. She as a player was nothing short of Legendary and her contributions towards the game was awesome. I am selling the Swellow cuz I need money for Max Repels and Dittos as I am currently on a serious hunt that will span a while. This Swellow is a piece of PokeMMO history.
