I've been using an old Kanto tile mod which fortunately still works for me (see below)
However unfortunately some of the tiles are outdated as you can see where the old man stands on the right, and the Hoenn tile mod I downloaded no longer works.
I'll try find out which mod this is and who kindly made it and will let you know.
To follow up on the above, buying RP from the gift shop means that the money goes to the developers to maintain server costs etc.
From my experiences in other games RMT was usually popular as they undercut the "official" price which the developers set (e.g. $2 for 500 RP instead of $5 or however much it costs in the official store), meaning that the Devs miss out.
Generally though when they say it gives an unfair advantage it's usually newer players suddenly buying extremely rare/expensive vanities and shinies to be richer than people who may have taken years to grind the same amount while the devs miss out on potentially hundreds of lost money.
Both unnatured on the top of my head - Eevee 500-600k / Dratini 700-800k
Probably around 15-20k IMO
I wouldn't personally pay more than 50m IMO (not sure if this is natured) - I've seen regular Miltanks for around 25-30m lately and I think the rarer shinies are dropping in price.
Will the 1 raffle per user be addressed via IP address - because I'm cautious that people can just create new forum accounts and host them that way.
Regarding the raffles will there be a cooldown period, or will it strictly be a limit of 1 raffle per person? Just wondering if there should be a middle ground.
Personally I think there should be a limit on how many raffles a staff member can hold, as it always seems to be the same 2 holding the prizes (obviously if they have no issue with it I guess it's fine, but something I noticed the last few weeks)
It would be a good idea to make an announcement in the Raffle rule thread so people know when the new rules would take place.
I appreciate you following this thread throughout and making these considerations.
Personally I'm not jealous at all, I've been profiting naturally and have been experienced in the trading business on games for a number of years.
My main issue has been and is the quality of raffles are decreasing, while the total number of tickets and ticket costs are going up - also the number of raffles being hosted in such a short space of time.
The main solution I want is to limit the number of raffles one individual can host - not to stop raffles overall. It also gives players more incentive and more creativity to earn money, not immediately raffling the first shiny they've bought from GTL.
