Roserade hits harder than Amoongus and has fairly good sp def bulk especially with AV. Shaymin is available it's just non-existent at the moment because it's BL2 and Serperior and Amoongus have been outclassing it as the grass types in the tier. Anyway it seems pretty obvious that new stuff will be added soon so better to just wait it out.

To be honest I was wondering why they decided to release Suicune before Raikou/Entei who are definitely more underwhelming than the former (Raikou > Entei > Suicune in that order). I've only seen it once in the Shiny Salamence tournament, but the only offensive pressure I could think of on the top of my head would be Assault Gear(?) Serperior and Gallade, but neither of those would want to risk switching into a potential Scald/Ice Beam especially once boosted from Calm Mind.

Pretend you set your B button to be X, if you type this letter on Trade Chat/GTL it doesn't work, heavily restricting you from typing/searching for a certain item or Pokemon. I'm personally finding this extremely frustrating and hope it will be reversed. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

As much as I'm open to inclusiveness, this is just a game, with all due respect we don't need PokeMMO to be all politically correct.

Instead of just wishing for new regions which people will get bored of after completing in a few days, I'd rather existing features get worked on such as: Implementing Pokemon Contests in either Hoenn or Sinnoh Implementing the Battle Frontier that has a high difficulty and rewards prizes based on how many times you complete each run and defeat each boss (in the mainstream games you had the silver and gold medals) Implementing the Sinnoh Underground Implementing the Unova Battle Subway Continuing to balance out PvP and PvE mechanics Create some interesting activites in existing places (e.g. Black/White City in Unova) No Kalos, BW2, Fairy types, etc... just complete existing features and add new events.

I personally support this idea. Not many people will remember and if I recall correctly, but the original purpose of the Shiny Existence Thread was to identify when the first ever of a particular shiny was found. At the time it was created, there were several rare shinies which had never been encountered before, from Hoenn starters, Ralts, Castform etc. Bear in mind we didn't have gen 5 mons, Unova etc. Now that pretty much every shiny has been found and most people use the thread to flex their own shinies, I think we should adapt and have our own shiny diary on the Forums here.

But that's the thing, even though communication could be better, once they do communicate an update, people latch onto that and hold it against them like ransom.

That's the MMO community for you, I'll guarantee once it comes out people will complain about how "this wasn't implemented" and "that wasn't implemented" or "it was too easy" and try to justify the delay for why it should've been better. You'll also get another large section of the community complaining how easy/boring the region is, and the remainder immediately starting to beg for BW2, Kalos or other unrealistic stuff.

Regardless of whether we want Milotic to drop or not, as far as I recall once the Pokemon are listed here no other changes will occur (unless TC decide to test Pokemon currently in BL1 or BL2 which are below the cut-off point) I'm sure it'll drop down next month anyway especially with the new batch of HAs coming

Yeah, MMO doesn't officially have an ubers category, so anything which becomes uber (Gallade in this instance) will end up having some kind of nerf to it, whether that's removing Sharpness, reducing the base power of Sacred Sword or anything else appropriate. Garchomp and Hydreigon were in ubers at one point, where they then had Swords Dance and Draco Meteor removed respectively before dropping back to OU. Wobbuffet was another example, nerfing it that its ability was only valid for 3 turns, etc...

Actually unless I'm mistaken, this is the change which is going to take place starting from this month: 1st month Move Down Cutoff Point: 3.00% Move Up Cutoff Point: 5.50%% 2nd month Move Down Cutoff Point: 2.50% Move Up Cutoff Point: 6.00% 3rd month Move Down Cutoff Point: 3.75% Move Up Cutoff Point: 4.75% So we'll likely see some changes sooner and it got implemented at the right time with new HAs coming out as well.

Following on from Sargeste's reply, I think it's pretty unfair to thoroughly assess Venusaur at this stage. Currently, the most popular set is the standard one which was being used before the HA got introduced, and you have Gigalith which is pretty common right now meaning that with the instant sand pressure it's a lot more difficult to set up the Chlorophyll set which is what the majority of people were concerned about. I think more people are concerned about Venomoth right now, with Gigalith helping to keep this in check alongside having it's own advantages/problems. If/when Venomoth and Gigalith rise back to UU, you'll likely start to see more versatile Venusaur sets being used as that pressure is no longer there, and then I feel we can assess it properly. TLDR - It's best not to assess Venusaur until next month when Venomoth/Gigalith will most likely rise to UU.
