Drop rates seem to be abysmally low, I do not recommend farming here.

After 5hrs of picking up I gathered these:

Grass:

Rainbow quills (obvs) 

 

Trainer Pickup:

PokeBall, potion, Lure

Route 30 - Surfing

This small patch of Water tiles is connected to the back of Cherrygrove and contains encounters only from the Poli line.

Drops in 2 hrs of surfing are

Pick-up ability

Rindo berry, potion, great ball and King's Rock.

 

Trainer Pick-up 

King's Rock.

 

It seems king's rock is the default drop of the Poliwag line since they drop in Mt.Silver hordes too.

After 4 hours of Pick Up, the drop rates continue to be trash. I guess the higher the lvl of the wild pokemon the higher the rate.
