Easier way to evolve by trade.

Throughout the game, it is normal for a Pokemon from the main team or even one you are adding to your Dex, that it needs to be changed to evolve.
This creates an annoying problem to solve, because if you don't have a trusted friend, you have two options: ask someone from the chat or look for a GM.
And in the first option, we still run the risk of being robbed. Things get even worse when it comes to a bred pokemon. Imagine having to trade a 6x31 poke with a stranger.

So, here's my suggestion:

The game has an NPC that helps you remember moves (the one from PokeCenter).
Therefore, I imagine that an NPC able to help you evolve a pokemon in exchange (for a certain price, obviously), would help anyone immensely.
I know that's not the only way to do this, but it's the only I can think right now.

This is a MMO, it's an online game meant to be played with other players. If you don't want to play with anyone else, then play the original games. I wouldn't add anything that takes any of the 'MMO' away.

there really is no issue, trading with randoms from global is perfectly safe. if they steal your mon you just report them and that's that

The issue is that it still isnt reliable or safe trading with people on global. People can still suddenly logoff while doing these trades. Sure you might eventually get back your pokes and if you report them (and happen to have supporting evidence) but thats at your inconvenience. Not everyone wants to spend their time fighting to get their pokes back. Implementing this suggestion would eliminate the risk completly for most. People who want to experience the full mmo aspect of this can still be free to risk their mons with strangers on global.

It would be a good idea to add an NPC to do this, like 1 per region somewhere like halfway through a story.

 

Why should solo players be left out of getting Pokemon that are mandatory trades of they feel like they cant trust others?

 

But on the flip side, Ch2 has a decent amount of chill people and whenever someone asks dor a trade evolve, helps always given
