Nuzlocking can be super difficult using the wiki given that it's incorrect in multiple spaces and down right doesn't have enough info in some of the most important fights. As for the other two Gym Leaders, there is no proof that there is another team for those two people. If you can send me a screenshot or a video of both Chuck and Jasmine having different teams, then that would be great.
