Better exit from Mt. Silver Cave?

I was wondering what people thought about having a quicker exit out of Mt Silver. I've been hunt for my shiny Tyranitar and it always takes a while to get out, and maybe im just tripping. Is there a better way to get out? When i use dig or anything it just brings me back to the cave before Red. Also

just use leppa berries to hunt it in tht spot

Yeah that's what I do of course, my concern is not about running back to the pc to restore sweet scent, its just an inconvenience to have to run through the whole cave when you wanna get out and catch an alpha. Is there a better way to get out im missing?
