How about red?  There was room for 2 extra colors in the palette.

The sword is subject to foreshortening.

I just had a really silly idea for Surskit.  Instead of the 4 strings, how about quadruple tails (you know, like twin tails) with the hair to represent the legs?

Backsprite smile just looks off, would look better when you only see one corner of the mouth upturned like this

was also 257x128 so I shifted her around slightly to be 256x128 for each.

The hairpin and bright colors don't really fit, and now the wings on the back sprite don't match the front sprite.

Pretty sure it's supposed to be a sword sheath.  Speaking of which, shouldn't we save the scissors for Scizor?  I personally liked the swords and the pose with them, but if I'm in the minority with that opinion, then whatever.

The only problem I have with that random science is the wings.  The yellow part doesn't really look like Scyther's bug wings.

Well, to be honest, I share Kickern's sentiment about the scissors being left for Scissor.
Maybe, we can try some science with the wings, albeit I agree that the yellow part of the wings of Scyther looks kinda off.
Looks kinda... I don't know, like a photon blade?
Maybe, that would be a kinda cool idea to incorporate to the swords of Scyther, though ''photonic'' kinda gives of an electric type of vibe, but oh well.

You are the guys with knowledge; just my two cents.

PS: I really miss Magi's work.  Whatever happened, I just wished Magi and Moetal would patch up, since it would be in the best interest for the moemon fire red project itself. :/
