Mail invitations

I think in the mail system, there are a lot of timezone differences in teams and recruiting, so I think that there should be an option to invite someone to a team through mail, and they can choose to accept and decline, what's your opinion on this guys?

I agree with this idea as people aren't always free to invite someone to the team.

I find it unnessecary seeing as most teams always have persons with different timezones and if those timezones do not match yours idk why you even would want to join

I'm afraid I really have to agree with Bilburt here, because if that mail invite goes to a player who can't meet most if not all of the team online, that's gonna be one, realllyyy lonely mail invite ~   : (

My worry is, if a person in power isn't on to invite them, when are they going to be on to see them acting up in guild to know when to kick them?
