Login with the affected account and create a ticket at Ban Appeal > Account Ban type.
Sometimes it can take a while to get a response as investigations need to be made and SGMs may be busy with other tickets so please remain patient while waiting for a response and do not contact us privately about your ban appeal's status as it will not speed up the process.
Lastly, keep in mind that ban appeal decisions are final. Players get only one chance to appeal.

Hello! We don't encourage the use of cloning software with PokeMMO and running multiple game instances simultaneously on the same device, the only way we recommend is using separate devices for each online account. If you start playing normally, there shouldn't be any issues.

Separate devices are only needed if you want to use multiple accounts at the same time, I mentioned this because we don't encourage running multiple game instances simultaneously on a single device. If you simply use one account at a time, no matter how many accounts, on a single device, that's totally fine. 🙂

Using the same email helps organize the accounts and recovering passwords/usernames will be much easier as you will only need one email, but you are not required to do so. It is totally up to you.

Hello! It is perfectly fine to create as many characters/accounts as you want and transfer assets between them, just make sure you're using separate devices if you plan on logging into multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Event information will be broadcast over Global chat.
- There will be 10 rounds in which a Pokemon species and nature will be given by the event host. Players will then search for and capture that Pokemon, and the first to show it in Normal chat at the event venue will win the round.
- Note that any catchable Pokemon from any of the four regions may be selected so ensure all regions complete to participate fully.
- The winner of a round will receive two 100 Reward Point vouchers for their trouble.
- You must link the Pokemon in Normal chat at the event venue, no other chat will be accepted
- Pokemon must be obtained after the required Pokemon are revealed in chat
- You may not breed the Pokemon for an entry

- You may not trade another player or use the GTL to acquire the required Pokemon
- You may only win up to 2 total rounds maximum.
- Any attempts to cheat such as submitting an invalid entry will result in disqualification

Hello! It is not allowed to run multiple game instances simultaneously on the same device, you must use separate devices for each account. If you don't have a second device you can mail the items to your other account and then login on it to claim them.
About app cloning software, we don't encourage the use of them with PokeMMO.

Hello! Fairy type was introduced in Gen 6 and PokeMMO only has moves/species up to Gen 5 with Gen 8 battle mechanics/learnsets. There is no information about the addition of this type but if anything's going to be released it will most likely be announced here on the forums.
